As with all our properties, a security deposit of $300 is charged at the time of rental.  We provide you with a "walk through" check list at time of check in. We also ask that you take the time to do a "walk through" with us upon departure.   The security deposit is fully refundable providing there is no damage to the property upon departure.  We refund all security deposits within 15 days of departure.
