The Lake Norman Waterfront home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 7.  The home is great for family and friends and features two levels. The home features two jet ski drive on docks as well as a seprerate boat dock with room for 3 boats, swim ladder and huge deck over the water. We also have two driveways and your own private boat launching ramp.  Linens are included as well as high speed wireless internet, cable tv and a gas grill.  This home is available for weekly rentals or in the off season, short term rentals. As with all our properties, a security deposit of $300 is charged at the time of rental.  We provide you with a "walk through" check list at time of check in. We also ask that you take the time to do a "walk through" with us upon departure.   The security deposit is fully refundable providing there is no damage to the property upon departure.  We refund all security deposits within 15 days of departure.
